We believe that clear expectations lead to better relationships, and we've designed this policy to be straightforward and reasonable while protecting both our clients and our business.
2. Consulting and Design Services
Project Cancellation
For consulting and design services, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Before project commencement: If you cancel before we begin work (as defined in your service agreement), you will receive a full refund of any deposits paid, less a 10% administrative fee.
- After project commencement: If you cancel after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
- Late-stage cancellation: If you cancel a project that is 75% or more complete (as defined in the project timeline), full payment is required as specified in your service agreement.
Service Satisfaction
We are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your requirements:
- If the deliverables do not meet the specifications outlined in your service agreement, we will make reasonable revisions at no additional cost, within the scope defined in your agreement.
- Requests for revisions must be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- If we cannot meet the agreed-upon specifications after reasonable revision attempts, we will offer a partial refund proportional to the unmet requirements.
3. Digital Products and Resources
For digital products, including downloadable resources, templates, and guides:
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we offer the following exceptions:
- Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing or using the digital product, we will either resolve the issue or provide a full refund.
- Significant discrepancy: If the product differs significantly from its description, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process for Digital Products
To request a refund for a digital product:
- Contact us at info@slozvodel.world with your order number and reason for the refund request.
- Include details of any technical issues or discrepancies you've encountered.
- We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
4. Workshops and Training
For workshops, webinars, and training sessions:
Cancellation Policy
- 14+ days notice: Full refund or transfer to another date, if available.
- 7-13 days notice: 50% refund or full transfer to another date, if available.
- 0-6 days notice: No refund, but we offer transfer to another date, if available, at a 25% transfer fee.
Rescheduling by Slozvodel
If we need to reschedule a workshop or training session, we will:
- Provide as much advance notice as possible
- Offer the option to transfer to the new date or receive a full refund
- If rescheduling occurs with less than 7 days' notice, we will offer a 10% discount on your next booking as a courtesy
5. Subscription Services
For any subscription-based services we offer:
Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Refunds
For subscription services, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund of your first payment.
6. Payment Processing and Currency
- All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- For international transactions, currency exchange rates may apply, which are determined by your payment provider and are outside our control.
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional circumstances may sometimes require exceptions to our standard policies. In cases of:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Natural disasters or other force majeure events
- Unforeseen business critical situations
We will work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include extended deadlines, special payment arrangements, or other accommodations at our discretion.
